Amazing service from Fran, from a fast response on WhatsApp, to easy drop off/collection in his workshop in Northwich. Lots of video updates of him fixing our pride and joy. When our Jura coffee machine stopped working after nearly 4 years, we were heartbroken; a few days later after a repair and service, it's as good as new. Coffee never tasted so good! Thank you so much again, such a great experience, I would recommend you to anyone.

The engineer was polite and very thorough in his work. He worked within a small area and didn't disrupt the cafe business, offered advice regarding cleaning the machine and how regularly a service is needed and water filter changed. I highly recommend this company!
